您的资格
您必须是18周岁或18周岁以上的个体。 如果您未满18周岁, 您可以在父母或法律监护人的带领下直接预订旅行团。
您的责任
在您预订前, 您有责任阅读所有和您想要购买团的相关信息,包括:价格与通知、路线介绍、团费包含哪些,不包含哪些、取消和退款政策、各项条款,以及特别提示等。一旦您阅读并充分理解其所有内容后,在购买后就不得有任何异议。
旅游保险
華埠在线旅游强烈推荐您购买医疗、行程取消以及行李等保险项目。我们不对意外事故承担任何责任,包括丢失损坏物品,救护伤员,途中死亡等等。解决事宜会遵循航空公司、 酒店和公共汽车公司等指定的规则。本公司认為凡参加本公司各类旅行团的旅客,是认可他本人健康状态是适合於旅行的,如已有严重疾病,须经专业医生认可适合 旅行,方能参加。旅客本人需对此负全部责任,如在旅行期间发生任何意外,不得以任何形式向本公司提出诉讼或赔偿。本公司不负任何法律责任。
取消订单及相应罚金
顾客因各种原因取消已经确认或待确认的订单,我们将收取相应罚金以赔付旅行社或酒店供应商向我们收取的罚金。罚金的数额与我们收到取消通知的时间有关。顾客取消订单必须以邮件形式或联系我们直接告知去旅游网。
取消1-4天旅游团订单罚金计算标准
提前15至30天以上通知 – 团费总额的10%.
提前7至14天 – 团费总额的25%
提前4至6天 – 团费总额的50%.
3天(含)以内 – 团费总额的100%.
出发日未出现 – 团费总额的100%.
没有使用旅游产品,恕不退款;未参团收取全额款项。
旅行团成团有最小人数要求,我们有权因人数不达要求取消行程并作出全额退款。我们承诺尽最大努力确保旅行按计划实行。
罚金之外还将收取6%的手续费。
取消5日及5日以上团罚金计算标准
提前46天(含)以上 – 团费总额的10%
提前21至45天 – 团费总额的25%
提前8至20天 – 团费总额的50%
提前1-7天 -团费总额的100%
出发日未出现 – 团费总额的100%
没有使用旅游产品,恕不退款;未参团收取全额款项。
罚金之外还将收取6%的手续费。
注意:旅行团结束30天后不再受理退款要求。
行程变动
为改进线路,提高可操作性,或因不可抗力,有必要更改线路时,我们有权改变行程和住宿酒店。旅游旺季时期,或将增派车辆保证满足需求。
行程取消:
我们保留依照执行要求或不可抗因素而取消行程或改期的权利。一旦行程取消,我们唯有全额退还旅行团款的义务。我们将尽力安排相似的团作为替换。请注意我们没有义务偿付因其他旅行安排事项,如机票改签等造成的罚金。
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Chinatown Online Co. by email: sale@chinatown-online.com.
Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours
- 15-30 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
- 7-14 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
- 4-6 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
- Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
- Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
- There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days
- Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
- 21-45 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
- 8-20 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
- 1-7 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
- Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
- Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
- There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, our only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
