Highlights: Visit New York (Empire State Building, Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space Museum, Times Square, Wall Street).
Passengers will be picked up in Flushing, Queens and on Bowery Street at Chinatown in Manhattan in the morning. Today we will embark on a tour of New York City. Our first stop will be the Wall Street, where we can see the world’s famous stock exchanges as well as the signature sculpture Charging Bull. From there, we will visit U.S.S. Intrepid and take a Cruise of New York Harbor. After, we will pass by Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, and stop at the world-famous Empire State Building. Our day concludes with visits to Times Square, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Museum of Modern Art, and the USS Intrepid.

Always Visit   –This famous street in New York City’s Financial District has become synonymous with American financial enterprises. It is also the home of the New York Stock Exchange, and has been (or still is) the location of several other exchanges. 

 Always Visit   – Called “The Crossroads of the World,” this major intersection in midtown Manhattan– where Broadway hits Seventh Avenue– is a world-famous icon of both New York City and the United States. It has appeared in countless forms of media.
 

Always Visit   – This boat ride through New York Harbor loops its way around Ellis Island, home of the Statue of Liberty. Ellis Island was the arrival point for immigrants to the East Coast of the US for decades.

Always Visit   – This famous military history museum on Manhattan’s West Side is inside the now-defunct World War II aircraft carrier, the USS Intrepid. Exhibits include real military aircraft as well as recreations of military life aboard the ship.

Always Visit   – One of the most recognizable landmarks in the word, this famous skyscraper is the second-tallest building in New York City. It was completed in 1931 and made a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1986.

Always Visit   – Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum is a favorite attraction of people all over the world. Uncannily lifelike wax sculptures of figures both modern and historic decorate the halls of this museum, which dates back to London and 1836.

    • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • *Two (2) Mandatory Admissions per person* Guests must purchase at least two attraction tickets to qualify for bus transportation (see above table for attractions and prices). Those who do not purchase at least two tickets will have to arrange their own transportation throughout the tour. There will be no refunds.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
  • A mandatory service fees for your tour guide and bus driver (Minimum $8.00/day per passenger). This should be paid in cash.
  • Any private expenses
 
  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

    Terms & Condition

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes 
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees 
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly by email at sale@chinatown-online.com.

    Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

    • 15-30 days or more prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 7-14 days prior to departure – 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-6 days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show – 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties. 

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations 
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary – we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation: 
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours’ only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
